Shada Zarlan, known in the criminal underworld as Viper, is a tiefling who built her power the hard way. Born without wealth, influence, or noble lineage, she learned early that the only currency that truly matters is control.

Over the years she gathered a band of ruthless outlaws and carved her place in the shadows of trade roads and borderlands. Merchants disappear, remote estates are raided, and travelers whisper about the horned woman whose gang strikes without warning.

For Shada, banditry is more than survival — it is a game of dominance. Power, fear, and the helplessness of her victims bring her a dark satisfaction few in her crew dare question.

Calm, calculating, and dangerously charismatic, Shada rules her gang with iron certainty. Some criminals chase gold.
